Easter Egg Hunt Celebration

We went to Church Saturday for a Pancake Breakfast, Easter Reading and Easter Egg Hunt. Mrs. Sutherland reads a story about how Easter is not all about the fun stuff. It's how Jesus died for us and loves us very much. It was really nice.

A Day at Busch Gardens

We took Hunter to Busch Gardens Wednesday since he was on Spring Break. We had a great time. The day was beautiful but it was quite windy. We got to see the new Sesame Street Forest of Fun. Hunter had a blast. We saw a new show, he got to ride some things just his size and he got his picture taken with some old friends. Look how grown my Love Bug looks!

Hannah just was NOT crazy about her visit with Elmo. She was much happier in Dad's arms.

We had a great time at Busch. I can't wait to go back. It's nice having Season Passes so we can go anytime, and just for a little while if we want. Lots of stuff planned for the weekend. We've got an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday and then, Church on Sunday, starting with a Sonrise breakfast. We've having a nice lunch planned at my SIL's house afterwards and some fun with family. Family Night at Chick Fil A

We met Dave, Val and Krista at Chick Fil A Tuesday night for Family Night. The Easter Bunny was there and they had lots of special fun things. They had an Easter Egg Hunt, Name That Show song and a coloring contest. Hunter and Krista had a good time together. They were playing some games together when we first got there. We LOVE Bubbles The Clown!

We went to the mall to get a picture with the Easter Bunny afterwards. It was a fun evening!

I'm off to bed. It's Tuesday night and I'm exhausted. We're headed to Busch Gardens on Wednesday so I need to get some sleep. Have a happy Hump Day!!

Weekend Bliss

The kids got some new clothes for the upcoming warm weather. This was after Church, Sunday afternoon.

I got her picture but she was NOT happy about it. I got this personalized diaper cover from Wal-Mart.com with the Site to Store shipping option. In fact, I do A LOT of my shopping that way. Just order online and wait for the email letting you know to pick it up at your local store. SO cool!We had a wonderful weekend. Friday night, we went to "The Bounce House". It's anew kids place with all the blow up bounce toys in the NN Big Lots Shopping Center. It has a ton of different ones and even a separate room for the little kids. He played for hours there before we headed out to Dinner. We even booked his birthday party there. I think it will be awesome!! Saturday, Mike had to work but the kids and I stayed home most of the day. We read books, we played and we had a good time being together. That afternoon, we headed to Grandma's and Granddad's and played in the back yard with them for a little while. Hunter is getting really good at T-Ball. Sunday, Mike and my dad put up a new front door and a new storm door. While the kids rested, Mom and I headed to Lowe's and got new fixtures to match. It will be this week before we get everything changed over but I'll be sure to post some pictures. I also got a couple bags of top soil. After we clean up the yard, I'm starting a new area for some vegetables. I can't wait! We still need to power wash the house, get our new garage door and do some painting but it's looking really nice.

Looks like today is supposed to be a wash out. I hope the rest of the week is nice. We're hoping to work in the yard some at night. I'm off two days this week to spend with Hunter on his Spring Break. He's spending today with his Maw Maw, then with my parents the rest of the week. We're going to Busch Gardens one day. Well, hope everyone has a great Monday =)

FRIDAY!!

Oh My, am I happy it's Friday! I'm looking forward to some rest and relaxation. I want to get out and walk with my kids. Mike has to work Saturday but I'm planning to do something fun with the kids. I miss them SO much during the week. We're going to try to get out doors up this weekend and maybe buy the new garage door. I'm off Tuesday and Wednesday while Hunter is off for Spring Break. I know we're going to Busch Gardens one day, probably Wednesday. I can hardly wait!! Have a great weekend. Love on those babies...they grow up SO quick. God Bless!

A Fabulous Weekend

Awe...another weekend coming to an end. It just goes by WAY too fast. But it was wonderful so I don't mind.

-Friday, we did NOT go to the Yankee Candle Factory as planned because it was POURING down rain. It just wasn't worth taking the kids out. We had pizza delivered at home and played Wii most of the night. It was great!

-Saturday, Mike worked most of the day and then, helped our Aunt out moving some things. I got some cleaning done and got to spend the day with my kids. I also made the huge pot of Chili and Cool Veggie Pizza I had planned to make. We had a nice dinner together when Mike got home.

-Sunday, we went to Church and then a little shopping afterwards. We picked up outfits for the kids for Easter. We came home and strolled through the neighborhood. Hunter rode his bike, Mike rollerbladed and I pushed Hannah in the stroller. It was WONDERFUL out! (The temps got to 83)

-Monday, we're having Corn Beef Hash for Dinner and I think we're finally buying our doors. We were waiting for the rain to stop. Now, we just have to paint them. The week's forecast looks good except for Wednesday. I can't WAIT to get them all up. Hope everyone has a great week!!
