School Days...

Just wanted to post some fun pictures of the fun Hunter has had lately at School. This past Tuesday was his LAST day but Thursday was a huge picnic that Mike and I went to with Hunter. They had face painting, clowns, balloon animals, train rides, and fun with the sandbox and playground. Most of the boys got Spiderman faces and the girls got butterflies. There were some cute doggie faces too. The poor kids kept dropping their balloons and the grass would pop them. Hunter went through three before he got tired of waiting in the lines....

Here's the card and gifts I made for his teachers this year. I was kind of proud of the Clipboard that I altered. (not too fancy, I know but something new) It's the first time I've ever done anything like that. My talented SIL gave me instructions on how to attach the papers and finish the edges. I added some distressed ink and then went over the paper too to give it an aged look. Added some flowers, ribbons and Jolee's and it was done. I was excited! It's totally addicting!These are some pictures of Hunter last week on Farm Day. He had to dress up like a farmer and bring a farm animal with him. He brought one of my pigs that I used to collect. (they're all in a box in the attic that I've been saving) He stood very patiently as I added freckles to his cute Lil' face and took lots of pics.

Well, I hope that everyone has a great Saturday. I've got some cleaning to do while Mike takes our SUV to get inspected this morning. Then, Hunter is going over to Granddad's while Mike delivers mulch over there. I've got a crop a little later and then, some family time tonite. I'm SO SO excited about getting the baby's book done. I'm also working on a project today for work for a dear person who has Cancer. Please keep her in your prayers. Thanks!

Hunter's Birthday Party

Hunter had his Fourth Birthday Party at TNT, the Dynamite Party Place. It's a big Warehouse, with lots of the blow up slides and Jumping rooms. He had several friends from his school, as well as his two cousins. It was a blast. ALL the adults jumped, except me, since I was eight months pregnant. It was fun JUST watching them all!

Well, it's been busy and I have another busy week ahead of me. But I hope to post more pictures of my camping trip last weekend over Mother's Day and the last week or two. Monday, I have a banquet at our Church, Tuesday is a Baby Shower at work, Wednesday, I'm having dinner with my BIL, SIL and niece to go through some baby clothes, Thursday, I'll be getting ready to camp next weekend in Williamsburg and Friday is Dinner with a friend of ours that moved away last year. Pretty crazy but some good times ahead, for sure!

Busy Life...

OK, so don't give up on me. I haven't given up on Blogging all together! I just can't seem to find the time to update these days...

We've had Hunter's birthday, home remodels and improvements, Camping this past weekend for Mother's day, not to mention being almost nine months pregnant and getting everything ready for "Miss Hannah" and we finally got to celebrate my brother's birthday last night.

.

I've got some things to do tonite but I have included, on the list, to post some pictures!! Not sure what of yet because I have lots to share but I'm sure that this week should be full of catch ups

~Party Time~

Hunter had a special birthday time at school on Tuesday and I was invited to join him. We had some yummy yellow sugar cookies and I was able to watch Hunter play in his class. All the kids decorated me with Marti Gras beads and gave me lots of pretend food. Then, Hunter made a cake and got to decorate it. He was given a special book with a page from every child. It was so nice and I felt very proud to be there for Hunter on his birthday. Hunter is ALL SMILES, with his Birthday Crown that his teachers made him at school!

hearts, stars, butterflies and gingerbread men.

Everyone in Hunter's class colored him a picture and Mrs. Hamadyk put them all in a book.

He LOVES to go to School and I'm so thankful for his wonderful experience. His teachers are so sweet and he LOVES his friends. Several of them are coming to his party on Saturday and he can't wait!

Well, Mike and I are off today to spend time with Hunter. We've done it every year for his birthday. I'm getting ready to make the bed and have some cereal before heading out. I don't think we have completely decided what we're doing but we may stop at the Toy Store to pick out a gift for Hunter. He got some money that he'd like to spend. I THINK we're planning to head out to Busch Gardens to enjoy the beautiful weather. Hope everyone has a great weekend. We have a party on Saturday and TWO on Sunday so we'll be busy.
